Proposed amendment to the Trusts Act 2019

With members support we have been engaging with Chapman Trip around their bid to seek an amendment to the Trusts Act 2019. Section 67 (2)(a) currently states that trustees cannot grant non-trustees the power to distribute trust property (which we understand would include grants).
