We have been talking a lot about this topic recently, alongside succession planning for our Board. Kate Frykberg has done some great research for us which will be made available in the coming weeks. Some key points we have found so far are 1) To make sure the Foundation is engaging with the younger generation; newsletter, emails, photos of projects, opportunities to work either within the Foundation or with organisations we support etc. 2) It is so much easier to be passionate about something that you understand, are involved in, feel really connected to and have some ownership of.
